Hello everyone,

First of all I want to let you guys know that we(The balance team) have decided that we will be doing balance updates once a month. This is to improve quality of the balance updates.

As for the balance update this July we will be nerfing a lot of low counterplay characters and buffing a few that have have not been popular during past few months.

Chouji has evolved into butterfly mode by consuming all three akimichi's coloured pills, gaining incredible speed and strenght at the cost of rapid weight loss. ORIGINAL DESIGN: AnteMito

Sasuke is pushed into his maximum during the Chuunin Exams and ends awakening his Cursed Seal to fight the Sound Genin and save Sakura. Sasuke is not in full control of the seal yet, but his anger and power were already raised a lot. ORIGINAL DESIGN: TheDarkLegend

A member of the Senju clan, and one of the greatest warriors during the Warring States Period who went on to create Konoha. Even before becoming the Hokage, Hashirama proved his power and ability with his unmatched Wood Release jutsus.

Tobirama was a member of the renowned Senju clan, who, together with his elder brother and the Uchiha clan, founded the first Shinobi village: the Hidden Leaf Village. Throughout his life, Tobirama created a lot of known shinobi techniques and became the Second Hokage.

The once leader of the Uchiha clan during the founding of Konoha who unfortunately disagreed with Konoha's kage on how to achieve peace. Madara was one of the few ninjas capable of matching Hashirama's power, with the use of his Mangekyou and Susanoo.

Izuna is a member of the Hidden Leaf Village's Uchiha Clan and the younger brother of Uchiha Madara. He and his brother were renowned as the clan's two strongest members in their lifetime. ORIGINAL DESIGN: TheDarkLegend

A member of the prestigious Uchiha clan, and the best friend of Uchiha Itachi; Shisui is a highly trained ninja that is utterly devoted to Konoha. Shisui is one of the few known ninjas capable of using one the most powerful genjutsu: Koto Amatsukami.
